RowFit
WHO IT'S FOR: ALL LEVELS
A welcoming, confidence-building session on the ergometers designed to develop fitness at your own pace. We offer dedicated men-only and ladies-only sessions, providing a comfortable environment for all — whether you're a seasoned rower or stepping on a machine for the first time. Focused on technique, endurance, and good form, with no rowing experience necessary. Just turn up.
GoCoastal
WHO IT'S FOR: All levels
GoCoastal is a new initiative bringing fun, accessible physical activity to local residents. We're proud to host these sessions at Harbourside Centre, offering rowing-inspired activities as part of their wider programme across the area. No experience needed — sessions are designed to be enjoyable and welcoming for all fitness levels.
